I’ve never seen employees move so slow at a restaurant. I get if there is a wait for food because of a crowd but this was a different beast. Food was just sitting in the window for a long time while employees talk to there friends at the registers for 5-6 minutes. Once they get around to the food in the window they just slowly put the utensils on the plate and then slowly take it to the table, where they come, not remembering what the customer just asked for. Got my order quickly, most likely because I stood there waiting for it, to get it as soon as it hit the window. I took it to one of every dirty table in the place. Sandwich was very good, no knock on the food. Cooks seemed to be pumping it out with quality and good time. But this service @7pm is ridiculous. Hope it was just 1/31 that was off...

Been here a few times, Food is always good and fast. Employees behind the counter on the other hand never have a smile, don't help with menu/suggestions, and some have even been outright rude. One experience comes to mind... I remember asking for a to-go box and had an employee look at me like I just ruined her day and couldn't believe I just asked him/her to do that! Again, Food is fantastic that's why I return again and again. Customer Service.... Needs Attention.

Very disappointed the last few times I’ve been here. The chicken in my sandwich was very tough, stale chips in the tortilla soup and my daughter found a hair in Her sandwich. They were very apologetic for the hair, but I hope that this particular location can step up their game and work on the quality of food being provided.

Had lunch here. The service and the food were very good. They do very well keeping the line moving and service the tables very well. Place is clean and staff is very friendly.
